IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VISA AND REGISTRATION:

1) VISA to enter Canada

We will only issue "letters of invitation" to facilitate obtaining VISA to the authors/co-authors of accepted papers!!

Please do not ask for such letter if you have not submitted a paper. Please DO NOT register if yo do not hold a VISA,

because we will NOT refund your registration payment.

Registration fees are of 2 types:

a) for Students, young Post-doctoral fellows and young Medical fellows/residents (up to 32 years old).

b) for Seniors: Faculty, Seniors Researchers, Doctors and Industrial Participants.

Important: an amount of 13% for taxes (HST) is added.

A 3.75 CAD service fees (non-refundable) was added by the secure registration site.

 Note that these are the EARLY BIRD RATES - available from April 16 to May 31, 2017. The fees will be increased by 100 CAD from June 1st 2017.

The registration fees are in CAD (Canadian dollars) and include:

- the FIMH 2017 Proceedings published by Springer (LNCS volume and USB key);

- three lunches (June 11, 12 and 13);

- all coffee breaks / refreshments; 

- two dinners: on June 11 (Welcome Reception and Dinner at the Estates of Sunnybrook) and on June 12 (Social Program: Conference Dinner at the CN Tower and Tour of the CN Tower).

Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to offer 1-day registration.
